Digital Products – No Refund Policy
Ecom Saarthi primarily sells digital products such as PDFs, guides, tools, courses, or other downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The customer is charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
- The digital product is not delivered even after successful payment, and the issue is not resolved by our support team
